Lando AI ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy outlines how we handle data for our Renters' Rights Act 2026 audit service.

2. Zero-Retention Policy

We do not store your tenancy agreements. Once the PDF audit is generated and delivered to you, all source data from your uploaded document is permanently deleted from our temporary processing memory.

3. Data Processing (Google Gemini)

To provide high-quality analysis, we use the Google Gemini API. Your document is sent securely (encrypted) to Google’s servers for instant analysis and is not used to train their models.

4. Payments

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your credit card information.
